Every company starts somewhere. Ours began on construction sites in 2016.
I started my career as a labourer, working alongside experienced bricklayers and learning the trade from the ground up. Before long, I progressed into bricklaying myself, gaining hands-on experience with brick, block and natural stone masonry across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
What always set me apart was a genuine interest in understanding not only how things are built, but why they are built a certain way. I spent years developing my knowledge of British construction standards, building regulations and best practices, constantly looking for ways to improve both quality and efficiency on site.
As my experience grew, so did my responsibilities. I moved into supervisory and site management roles, overseeing projects, coordinating teams and ensuring work was completed safely, correctly and on schedule. These years provided a deeper understanding of every stage of the construction process and reinforced an important lesson: quality is never achieved by chance. It comes from planning, attention to detail and taking pride in every aspect of the work.
With this experience behind me, I founded Proton+ Ltd with a clear vision — to provide masonry services that clients can genuinely rely on. Today, we specialise in brickwork, blockwork, stonework and complete masonry packages, delivering projects with the same standards, care and professionalism that have guided my career from the very beginning.
For us, quality is not a marketing phrase. It is the foundation of our reputation and the future of our company. Every project we undertake reflects the values that built this business: craftsmanship, reliability, transparency and a commitment to doing the job properly.
We believe that good construction lasts for generations. That is why we approach every project with the same level of care and responsibility, whether it is a small residential development or a large-scale construction project.
Our success is measured not only by the structures we build, but by the trust we earn from the people we work with.
